I founded LivYoga in 2001 and it taught me to survive...survive through panic attacks, a fire, a divorce, and a rebuilding of my life. After LivYoga's studio closed in 2010, I went to Albania, had two kids and headed back to the corporate world for a while where I became an HR executive. There I constantly reminding my peers that stress, if not addressed, can take everything away that you're working for. That we need to take time not just to balances work and life, but to connect with yourself. I needed that reminder too. And that's what brings me here....again...starting over. (Sept 1, 2020)
