ABOUT ME

I started LivYoga in 2001 back when there were too few yoga studios. Yoga guided me through panic attacks, a fire that destroyed our studio, a divorce and I trip to Albania that changed my life. Now 2 kids later, after another stint in the corporate world, I am home attempting to master virtual learning. And that leads me back to my mat. Nothing is more important to my well-being in these times than a grounding practice and a connection to you! Join me!
