Yoga and Chocolate

Yoga & Chocolate with David Romanelli October 2005 SOLD OUT!

We really enjoyed our Yoga & Chocolate Workshop at LivYoga and so did our participants.  Here’s what some of them had to say:

“I worked hard, sweated a lot and enjoyed every minute of it!!  I found Dave to be very personable and helpful in positioning me in my poses (and heavens knows I need a lot of help w/ that!!!). Any one who appreciates the Grateful Dead as much as he obviously does is O-K w/ me!!!”—Sarah P.

"I learned I love chocolate
even more" --Chara
"I felt great after the
workshop. I learned
how important it is
to lighten up!"

"I really enjoyed the workshop.  I'm a chocoholic who has been practicing primarily Iyengar and some Vinyasa yoga for close to two years, so it was right up my alley. I also enjoyed David's philosophical musings - they were very grounded and practical and made me think about yoga as it relates to my life." -- Susan G.

Melt Your Heart, Free Your Mind: The Yoga + Chocolate Experience

This is the ultimate road to relaxation, the perfect gift to share. Featured in the July 24th, 2005 New York Times, David Romanelli of At One Yoga and Katrina Markoff of Vosges combine Yoga + Chocolate to create a peak sensory experience that relieves stress and stimulates the imagination.

The Yoga and Chocolate workshop will begin with a tasting of chocolatier Katrina Markoff's Indian-inspired Naga creation consisting of sweet Indian curry powder, coconut, and milk chocolate. This will set the tone for David's 2 hour flowing vinyasa yoga class that will inspire a deeper look at your truth, passion and purpose. At the end of class, you will be in a deeply relaxed, totally present state of mind as you are guided through a tasting of Katrina's Red Fire creation which consists of Mexican ancho and chipotle chili peppers, ceylon cinnamon and dark chocolate. You'll finish realizing that a scattered mind diminishes your sense of taste, hearing and smell and you'll remember that being present adds amazing flavor to every moment. This will be the ultimate sensory experience... great music, flowing yoga, inspiring spiritual message, and last but not least, a chocolate sensation not to be forgotten.
