Previous journaling or writing background or Intro to Journaling 1.

If you already took Part 2 come back for more.  New stuff!

Journaling can help us clean out our “emotional closets” by giving us a repository for both painful and joyous emotions. This class will explore writing as a means of becoming more healthy, whole human beings. We will do some internal homework to better understand ourselves and how we act, feel and think by giving voice to the emotions inside of us. The four weeks will use letter writing and journaling techniques to examine our habits, memories, fears and sense of self.

Those of us who journal know how effective writing often can be. We can use it to monitoring our growth, recognize patterns of behavior and response, and to dump excess emotions into a safe receptacle without discarding them. In this class, we will explore how to expand the uses of the journal at the same time we will be capturing our own story.

Bring your most inspiring journal.   You do not need to practice yoga to attend this workshop!  Also you will not be required to share your private journal entries/writings. Open to men and women.
