5 Week Mat Pilates Series with Lynda

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm beginning Oct 15

Dates: 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12

Fee:  $90. One class $25

Pilates is a concentrated and powerful way to tighten those tummy muscles and  while providing you with an amazing sense of self empowerment.  This series will focus on the correct way to find the deepest abdominal muscles.  By focusing on a strong core, it is another key way to find "center" in so many wonderful ways.  Each week will progress through keep concepts and the traditional mat Pilates routine.  A great way to strengthen and tone. 

 

This is a low impact but high results class.  You will not sweat a lot as the sequence is taught to work slowly with control.  You can even come in work clothes if you would like. Come on your lunch break as this class is usually around 55 minutes

Lynda became a certified, registered teacher through the Yoga Alliance and has advanced her studies through Yoga Synthesis with Raji Thron.  She has attended 1000+ hours of seminars and classes taught by the most highly regarded teachers in the world.  See names and links.   Additionally Lynda has studied extensively with Caroline Myss and had worked privately with her partner Jim Curtan on the Chakra system.  Lynda is certified in Mat Pilates from the Kane School of Core Integration, NYC as well as Yoga Thai Massage from Laura Rupp, CMT.  Always looking for the latest education, Lynda also worked privately with NYTimes best selling author, Life Coach, and O columnist, Martha Beck in June 2006 in AZ.   More>>
