Designed by Debby and geared to anyone who wants to efficiently and effectively strengthen their cores from the inside out. This 30 minute class will work your core, give you an aerobic lift and surprise you with other milestones along the way. This is for all levels.
It is an efficient and effective 30 minute “work-in and work-out” for your core. First you build the heat with your core and then you get into your innermost core with some hard-core focus. And there’s more when you then get to explore and experiment with things completely relevant to your core!
