Neck & Shoulder Tension – A Yoga Workshop:  “How to relieve it through Yoga and reduce upper back stiffness” with Amy Hamilton, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor

It is a common problem for many of us to carry tension in the neck and shoulders.  This can be related to poor posture or as reaction to emotional stress.  In any event, yoga can bring immediate relief and with continued practice improve posture.  In this workshop you will learn yoga exercises to target this area.  Upper back stiffness will disappear and be replaced with a sense of well-being.
