The mission of the LivYoga Teacher Training Certification Program is to provide students with a deeper understanding of the depth and breadth of Hatha Yoga styles and traditions, including Vinyasa flow, Viniyoga, Kripalu, Anusara, Restorative, and more. With the support, education, tools and techniques of several methodologies, teacher trainees will leave this training as empowered teachers and students of yoga who have their own voice—hence meeting their students’ or own personal needs on several levels.
This unique training regimen encompasses the exploration, methodology, philosophy and knowledge of different yoga systems. It will be a springboard to educate teachers to think on their feet, offer quality and safe yoga programs, and set a strong foundation on which they can build. We would like trainees to come away from this comprehensive program with a better sense of what it means to be ‘living’ yoga vs simply ‘doing’ yoga.
