Basics
Wake up, strengthen, tone and relax into the day. Classes include modifications for all levels to feel challenged and included.
Basic
A mix of foundational postures & sun salutations, with several modifications. The fundamentals of yoga with an emphasis on stretching and reducing stress.
FREE YOGA!
Final Exam class instructed by graduating teacher training student. We ask that attendants have some prior yoga experience and no physical limitations. Please fill out an anonymous evalation after the class.
Gentle Yoga
Meditative, slower paced, gentle flow adaptable to different needs: emphasizes stretching, flexibility, easing tension. Also soothes and redirects the mind by touching on yogic principles and on Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Great for all ages including seniors, beginners, and those with limited mobility.

Special post holiday detox and opening up to a new beginning!
Basics
Not too little, not too much, a Hatha Flow class that will feel just right. Tap into a place of peace as your breath leads you through the postures. Strengthen and stretch your body while freeing your mind.

a mix of traditional postures with modifications for different levels & abilities. Class is flowing yet alignment based, encouraging you to play your edge & have fun along the way.
