Amazing changes occur in the body and mind during pregnancy. Yoga allows us to be in the moment; to accept and appreciate all that is changing. During this workshop we will practice pregnancy specific postures in a series designed to help expectant moms tone and strengthen while offering relief from back pain, nausea and many common discomforts of pregnancy. We will practice breath and meditation allowing you to reduce anxiety and to prepare for labor in a calm and nurturing environment. Gain balance and strength both physically and mentally while allowing yourself this special time to connect with your baby and other expecting mothers.

Note: Please consult your physician prior to starting a yoga program. Also, It is not recommended that pregnant women begin a yoga program in their first trimester. If you are in your first trimester and have had a consistent yoga practice for at least one year prior to pregnancy please call to inquire.
