Erica has been practicing and training others in energy work since 1985. She is a 3rd level Reiki instructor in the Usui school, and has taught Yang style Taijiquan and Qigong

Reiki is a traditional Japanese practice of energy work, and workshop participants will receive an attunement which allows the practitioner to channel and direct universal ki. Once initiated or "opened" through an attunement, practitioners will be able to direct healing energy for themselves and others (including pets!) through simple laying-on of hands.
Anyone with an attunement can do Reiki. Reiki is not affiliated with any belief system and is simply a channeling of healing energy. This workshop will enable you to do all level one techniques and will include:
1. level one attunement
2. educational handouts / resources
3. practical experience with Reiki-ing self and others.
4. a Reiki treatment
