Guide to Levels

Level 1: Open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners as well. Basic yoga postures to stretch & strengthen.

Level 2: Classes will incorporate a bit more diverse and deeper asanas with a moderate pace which allows you to open, stretch, and relax into a steady mind. Classes incorporate instruction with modifications for many levels.

Level 3: Intermediate to advanced students. Yoga experience suggested. Classes either move quickly or work difficult asanas.
