Discover Your Yoga From the Source
Comments from event: It doesn't get much better. -CK Superior. A guinine guru! -SP Thank you for offering such a great workshop. I loved it! -RG This got to the heart of yoga...the true meaning and purpose of yoga. -PH
LivYoga is privileged to have Mark Whitwell return to share his wisdom, humor and grace. Yoga is your direct intimacy with Nurturing Source. Asana is hatha the union of all polarities. Truth doesn't have to be found. It is already in you. Yoga is merely the participation of what's already been given.
This workshop will offer a discussion and actual experience of the technology of asana, pranayama, bandha, meditation and life as a seamless process. Krishnamacharya gave precise instructions so that an authentic and efficient yoga practice could be custom-built for each person, taking into account individual differences, age, health, body type and cultural background
This workshop is suitable for beginners or advanced students and teachers seeking to incorporate the principles of this powerful yoga adapted to individual needs into daily life. Previous Event: Mark Whitwell, Heart of Yoga
